Hi Daryl, Well from one who has made the shit list,(VBG)let me give you some hints.You must be mentally prepared for this high degree of rejection.Luckily I have a masters degree in this, as I cut my teeth in the retail car world selling "Used Cars". Yup handling rejection is sort of an old friend of mine.It used to tick me off and I'd end up saying something that won the battle and querred my income - so I learned to overlook the source of rejection and keep going for the sale. Since this is the first time I've EVER REMOTELY had a conflict on SI, I'll overlook the source and be comfortably numb amongst a group of some very stable minded investors on the AMAT thread. I will add that I read Cary's post over on the JDSU thread and they are quite civil. I have thought ( for a while) that Cary has been talking down the SCE stocks, because they didn't get to 98 level lows and is somewhat PO'd at himself for not jumping on at the bottom in Oct of 2000.I think if he was honest with himself, he'd agree with that - as he is studied in this sector and truly wants to have " I called it STATUS".In between he has become twisted a thread or two too tight on this thread. I think it is unfortunate for him ,as he won't interact with the peers he seeks status from - as in putting us on ignore.Quite remarkably, we get the benefit of any posts he makes ,while he vlountarily ostracises himself from our glowing logic and deeply detailed opinion.hehehe BWDIK Bob
