I suppose it's up to Faultline, but I for one am learning so much by the back and forth discussions between PAL and rydad and all posts by you, Dan. I don't think that PAL was "moderated" from the list because of the information that he imparted. In fact, I found some of it interesting also. However, when his strategies were questioned, he responded with rudeness and vitriol. That's why he was banned from this thread. Dan and other sophisticated (and courteous) posters have been very welcome here, and I agree that one can skip over the posts that don't meet their needs. If PAL were less condescending he would have been welcomed also. Dr.Id@PALwasnoPal.com
