If memory serves me right, Greenspan has been increasing interest rates since summer of '99. He didn't ease for Y2K. What he did was to increase the money supply. The excess money found its way to the stock-market, causing a 80% rise in Nasdaq in '99.

Once the Y2K scare was off, there was another blowoff top, with the Naz rising 25% in just two months, and the rest is history.

Re: LSI, I agree with you that LSI might trade higher than 30 during the next 3-4 year period, but I don't think it will be a whole lot higher. Possibly 20% higher, i.e. 36. JMO.
