Here is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE POSTS! Thomass "da Bomb" "Choo-Choo" "Vulacn" Watson posted a blurb with this as the header... "California Bonehead's, they don't have a clue." Below that, little Tommy Choo-Choo has a link to a clipping "showing" that the power companies targeted by Gov. Davis were actually charging less than some in-state producers. Hmmm...That's interesting. What's more interesting is who produced the table. The table was produced by the Independent Energy Producers Association Could there be any bias here? What do you think?
