It's amazing the housing market has stayed (strengthened actually) strong despite the fears in the market. I have a personal theory that the dough is comming from boomers parents (ones born in late teens and early 20's) dying off and leaving the $$$ to their kids (who in late 90's were inclined to put in into tech funds) and are now investing it in bigger homes. mad2
