"Reportedly" is right. You apparently missed prior posts last week where people joked about this report as at least a semi joke, which is what it is probably, but maybe not so inaccurate. There does seem to be some analytical work put into this, scientists judging/guessing presidential IQ's based on various criteria. My credibility is fine, thanks. Just because I'm seriously concerned about this president (including his mental capacity) and his gang of crooks and spin doctors I'm also allowed to joke around a bit too. Bush couldn't be 91 (could he?) but he might not be much more and has to be the lowest amongst presidents in our lifetime. The former slowest president was Gerald Ford but there was a quiet intelligence there and he could articulate complex thoughts and ideas. Afterall he was a top congressman for many years. GW has no such ability that I've ever seen. He is personable when he wants to be but uncomfortable without a script, seemingly ignorant without cramming facts like before the debates and judging from his verbal skills and vocabulary you have to worry. Have you ever heard him sit down and do a person-to-person interview? His handlers don't allow them anymore for good reason. He has a wry wit and good ole boy charm (sort of) but is clearly not a bright bulb, nor someone concerned about our well-being. I doubt he will ever write a book and bet he rarely reads them. I don't believe his "compassion" about education because he himself needs to go back to school. I'll bet he reads newspapers and magazines only, e sports pages and political spin doctoring which of course is mainly what comes out of his mouth.
