Something to keep in mind...

(thanks to JouniTurre on the HDII/Yahoo thread from which the following is quoted verbatim)

----------------

HDII is about to cross the $6.50 threshold. This is an important milestone because the class A warrants (HDIIW) become callable above $6.50.

I believe the terms are that if the stock trades at $6.50 or above for 14 consecutive days, then the warrants can be called within 30 days (I AM NOT NOT NOT SURE ABOUT THESE TERMS AND I COULD VERY VERY VERY EASILY BE WRONG - I just don't have the time to look it up right now).

In any event, if the stock stays above $6.50 for the required period - and the chart pattern strongly suggests this will happen - then the company COULD soon be seeing a significant cash windfall (Signficant for a company of HDII's size. Milions of dollars.) from the warrant call.

This will be a HUGE boost for the company and will take the marketing etc. of the Profilor to a much higher level. The implication for the stock is significant as well: as investors realize the cash from the warrants is on the company's doorsteps, there could be a snowball effect in the stock...driving it substantially higher (Of course this logic is somewhat self-serving as I am a stockholder. But there is truth to my proposition).

Keep in mind as well that the warrants will continue to track the stock until the moment trading closes on the call date. Since that is AT LEAST 4-6 weeks away, and since there exists the real likelihood of a impressive rise in the stock price in the near future (and since the warrants, by definition, magnify the stock's movements), it is my belief that now may be the time to initiate (or increase) a position in the class A warrants.
