NASCAR runs many events in the North when the weather permits. Not only the Winston series but also the Busch and the Craftsman series. Putz doesn't seem to realize that you can't race up North in the winter.

Did you watch the race at the Glen yesterday? It's not an oval so they had to turn the wheel both ways.
