OT-

Mag, Yes- you are required by law to wear red during basketball season in my neighborhood. You are no longer required to watch Bobby Knight press conferences, however. <g>

BTW- If the Uranium problem is already widely known, then the land value may already be 'killed'. It may be the perfect setup for a buyer. Of course it may be very difficult to sell later, but if you plan on staying forever, what would it matter.. Just throwing some thoughts out there.

Could be a real bonus- You could mine the Uranium, set up your own Nuclear power plant, and sell the energy to California <gg>
