Berney,

the fundamental problem with your evaluation points are:

1) you are relying on other people's data for any future projections, such as earnings and growth rates.

2) you are assuming all growth is linear in nature.

3) there are so many variables in FA that applying one set of "rules" could be meaningless.

I have no intention on getting into a great FA debate. All I am suggesting is that if you use your evaluation points and back test them in a similar manner that many TA practitioners back test their TA based strategies, you will find very little that could help you with your investment decisions.
