Curiously enough, my reading on this morning's "rally" was that it was being shorted. Divergence was showing amidst all the greenery, even though the analysts seemed to have sprayed the market with generous amounts of Miracle Gro. I guess even Miracle Gro doesn't work in a drought.

I was devastated to see MSFT down this morning, because after all those zealously bullish notes on it this weekend, I considered myself a convert. I hadn't seen notes like those since the early days of the bear market, when the bears were repeatedly told that they'd pay for their folly. Those notes were so persuasive. I'm flummoxed & flabbergasted to see MSFT still down this morning. Would someone please buy it? I'm losing faith here. (Mind you, I have no position in it -- neither long nor short.)
