Hi Brumell,

Nice to see you on the thread. I have enjoyed & indeed have profited from some of your (fundamental) discussions re: palladium plays.

Juniors that I own currently are: ITF, AQI, ECO,K, BGO, MR, ELD, CBD, GLG...

I, like you, am also looking to increase the rest of my Gold holdings in leveraged plays to the POG.

Regards,
Peter

p.s. Thread (russwinter, Claude, Bob), feel free to critique my holdings.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Have 60 % in big gold companies ( ABX, FN etc.) and the rest in juniors ( TVX, ELD, MAE etc). The big guys will move first as we can see it right now, and the small cap stocks will fallow later. It doesn't really matter who you pick as long as the company has gold reserves. When the price move high enough they will be taken over by the ABX and others Now just wait for the gold to move, lol.
Good luck,
roro

Hello Bob,

At this point in time, I would go with juniors as most seniors (except maybe for Goldcorp and Franco) and mid-tiers are overvalued relative to gold.

My favorite truly undervalued junior is Francisco (FGX).

Francisco Gold Corp. is unusual in that it has huge upside potential with limited downside risk. FGX has c$33 million in cash, about C$2/share, and they have a proven deposit in Mexico that is worth the current price of FGX (with the cash thrown in). I have followed the junior exploration
sector closely for five years (from the boom through the bust), and FGX is one of the few stocks I've seen that I would call an investment, as opposed to a wild-assed speculation. FGX is my largest holding.

One risk to consider: How stable is the mining law in Guatemala?
