"Very simply put is the fact that the
DJI has to close nicely above 10600 with continued good breadth, increasing volume and the techs
starting to move in concert with the big board. Going back to early July, we find the DJI traded either
side of 10200 (closing figures) on three separate occasions. Therefore, this triple bottom now has to be
strong enough to support good further rallies. We do not want to see 10200 tested a fourth time – it
would likely break below, as you can’t keep asking a support level to hold too many times."
