Paul..
The markets could be quite a bit lower than most think is possible by the time this is over...
Don't pin me down to exactly this or that, but my gut is telling me we need some helmets and ice cleats here... we're strong, but our traction is weak...
I was expecting a bit of a rally,,, but this is ... or appears to be ... pump and dump from some of theses analysts... don't you get that impression?
Heck with my track record.. we could be up by two hundred points by the end of the day...FWIW

Paul, the market is back to his historical volatility and capitalization growth of 4 to 10% a year. To many were spoiled for same volatility during one week or less. To many it is a grind but for other is back to the old days.

As to the tech stocks they may languish for a while and when earnings will start picking up they will be hit with new wave of selling. So gains will be moderate at best even if a recovery will ensure.

All those holding retail stocks since last year with gains of 50% to 100% are going happy to the bank by now. <GGG>

Remember we are still in high employment teritory
