"Slime" "Lawless" "Renegade"? - you must be talking about the Bush-Cheney Soft Money Hog Energy Cartel. I fail to recall one illegal act Clinton ever did which cost us a dime. Yes he lied to us about infidelity but Bush lied about much more important matters. Bush clearly lied to us about the environment, about patients bill of rights, about education, health care and his intentions on international affairs. He also lied to us about fixing the energy crisis. Once in power, he turned his back on lawless gouging by his cronies which cost America about 100 billion. He and Cheney even encouraged the gouging. And Bush is clearly considered a renegade in the international community by failing to abide by and engage on any major international accords.

Bush's money also literally comes from slime, the petro-chemical-polluting kind. And the way he fought to undermine campaign finance reform was also very slimey. Most slimey of all is his unprecedented attack on the environment by seeking to do away with regulation which protects our natural resources from exploitation, appointing industry lobbyists to key policing positions and even give his cronies 33 billion in tax breaks (our money) to do the job on our lands, air and waters.

Your view is already in the minority and will increasingly be so as many Republicans and moderates realize that they made a mistake voting for this toxic duo whose only agenda seems to be to increase pollution, pay back soft money donors and make their rich friends richer. Give me one example of Clinton doing any such thing. One example. 100 million tax-payers money and three years work by Kenneth Starr could only come up with one soiled blouse. We knew that just from reading the tabloids. We knew it all the way back to Gennifer Flowers days. Now watch what investigators find when they start looking into the Bush-Cheney Energy Cartel. Lies, manipulations, outright thievery all at our expense and at the expense of the environment. Please back up your insults with facts in the future. It would help your credibility.
