I didn't say we should let loose some brown shirts, CB! What I was saying is that a while ago it was seen as quite natural to have governments refining oil, providing telecoms services, flying people and such. We don't have to have drugs made by governmenst to make sure they are effective, OK I accept that we should have an FDA, and FCC and FAA. We don't have to have governments handling the money we prefer to have banks doing that. Governmets -listen to what they say- they always worrying about the proverbial old lady leaving far away to extract a subsidy from you. Ask our colleague form Australia if there isn't a premium price every Australian citizen pay to deliver something to the 20% of Aussies that do not leave rith at the country's coast. Let government do that and pretty soon you'd have a colluson of civil servants, the suppliers and some protected group living off your back.
