Any moneys recouped will be added to the SEC's impound fund. Whatever the amount it will add to the roughly $20m already there. The SEC some time ago hired a D.C. based law firm to develop the list of shareholders who qualify as class action participants in any distribution financed by this impound fund. But remember the monstrous number of shares that were issued. End result will be a few cents per share sometime in the dim future,
Just as an aside I understand another entrant in the video conferencing over twisted wire pair is startung up in Northern Virginia. Seems this area of the country is the spawning ground for this technology. It will be the 7th such start up using the twisted pairs but not one has yet succeeded. VNCI-formerly Objective Communications in Reston Va who moved to New Hampshire has just reported they have become profitable.
