The operative numbers I'll be watching are gross revenues ($322-329mn), EBITDA ($103-100mn), subscribers (14mn, half of AOL's #). These were drawn from the WitSoundView report posted here a few days ago.

I'll be interested in relations with Comcast (digital is way up) and any comments on AT&T Broadband or motorola, since this will be the first time MOT is a "friend." I'll also be interested to hear if Henry discusses Latin America and growth there.

My Annual Report came postage due :) He can pinch all the pennies he wants as long as it yields dollars.

FWIW, SG Cowen was out at noon calling for ~15MM subs, $328MM in revs and $103MM EBITDA.
