I was looking into to exploiting FDA Advisory Panel Recommendation news today. I live in Washington, DC and noticed that the over 30 Advisory Panels generally meet in the DC area and set up the agenda for the meeting ahead of time. fda.gov lists all the advisory panels and their scheduled meeting dates with agendas. The meetings are open to the public without pre-registration, so anybody can sit on the meeting, get the results of their afternoon votes before the newswires have a chance to get the news out and of course get the right corresonding trades in as well ahead of time. Seems like free money to me.
