Ken, it appears that most of these deals have funding either arranged or anticipated with the Ex-Im Bank which has an environmental funding program. I am sure GRNO's technology has been pre-approved by the bank and it is just a matter of the buyer being checked out. Money will then be advanced much like a construction loan on a house. As milestones are met the next draw will be issued. The 10% ownership in EEC would have been profit to GRNO. I don't believe GRNO will need any outside money of their own to start construction. Of course a settlement from the G&S case would make life a lot simpler for Bill and company as well as give GRNO some much needed financial stability.

I venture to guess there will be a few more news releases before the trial is scheduled to begin on October 22nd. The stronger the company is by the start of the trial the stronger their case is against G&S. If in fact G&S's negligence caused the SEC investigation which caused the lack of customers. My money is betting that there will be several plants under construction by the start of the trial.

Have a great evening all,
Bob
