It smells a bit as an AMD attempt at collusion (if that is spelled right). I read the statement as we will only be able to get ("go after") 75%[I think he means 25%] of the market, the rest is Intel's - in an attempt to stabilize prices - I believe that statement clearly reflects that AMD is hurting.

Interesting point! A peace offering from AMD? Give us %25 and we'll stop the price war? I suspect Intel's response will be something along the lines of "Bite me!".
