Grand jury probes Tyco unit

Tyco Printed Circuit Group, a subsidiary of Tyco International (TYC: news, chart, profile), is the subject of a grand jury investigation in Connecticut, according to the company's quarterly report with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday. During the quarter ended June 30, the electronics segment was advised by the U.S. Attorney's office in Connecticut that it's the target of a federal grand jury investigation concerning alleged Clean Water Act violations at one or more of its manufacturing plants
