I have friends in CA and I mean no disrespect, but at times I wish the damn place and every tree hugging, granola munching, movie star jack off and their government that suffers from paralysis by analysis, would just fall in the ocean and get it over with.

Shipping costs will make the Brazilian ethanol cost more than using Midwestern ethanol. Expect them to whine and ask the feds to cover the difference.
