Well, I suppose it depends how far they want to get near quarterly losses...If they hit negative number then someone might have the sense to let up.
OTOH, they have to sell that increased production so they may be forced to keep the pedal to the metal...

I would agree, the key for Intel is to make sure AMD makes little hard $ in order to prevent further R&D and fab expansions. Short term pain, long term gains.
