my calculation is P4 is only better in %50 of the benchmarks: (6/(3+6+3))*100.

Using that calculation, the K7 is only better in 25% of the benchmarks... but do note that my original statement was:

"The P4 is therefore equivalent to or better than the K7 in 75% of the benchmarks" (Emphasis added).

Jim was asserting that the performance of the top-grade P4 was still below that of the K7. The benchmarks say otherwise (and show the P4 with an advantage).
