Yikes...is this THE Spark of days gone by? Long time no see.
OK......the solution here.
We raise the price of lumber 20%. Then we make em real happy and raise the price of electric power 20 %. Just to show em we're good sports, we raise the price of water 25%. Dontcha just love the amarcan way. BUT...just in case I'm misreading sumptin here, I think we should move our tank to 49th. Can't never be too careful.
