DOES Bush want to restart the cold war......MOSCOW, Aug. 13 – President Vladimir Putin and other Russian officials presented stiff resistance today to Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld’s efforts to secure joint withdrawal from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty, telling him that treaty commitments on national missile defense and on reducing strategic nuclear arsenals are “unconditionally linked.”

It is normal for there to be a few companies with market dominance, for example, Campbells Soup, Progresso, and Lipton; Heinz Ketchup and Hunt's; Hostess, TastyKake, and Entemann's. This does not immediately translate into oligopoly........
