Another sign will be complaints and countercomplaints about unfair trade practices and DRAM "dumping."

Unfortunately, we aren't seeing mergers, bankruptcies, or significant production cutbacks yet. In fact, the DRAM players are playing chicken (again) to see who blinks first.

Another thing to watch for is CASH deals; this implies that CEO's are optimistic about the future and willing to spend their "insuarnce."
