Ken, more info on the Ex-Im Bank can be found at their web site: exim.gov

Their purpose as an independent U.S. agency is to help create jobs in the U.S.A. through export. In 65 years they have supported more than $300 billion in U.S. exports. A few million worth of guarantees to help little old GRNO should not be a problem.
