Scales, right, sorry - so you'll be able to judge the weight of this matter then eh ... here's one of the finest yanquis who ever walked the earth, i just tripped over this while looking for something else [this is not what he wrote, just a list of what he wrote] - izaak.unh.edu

What i plan to find is a clear concise description of developments in swedish forestry and land tenure circa 1850 ... reason being that in that era there came a new young king who decreed measures which over the subsequent years moved his country's forestry from totally phuqued-up to exemplary, far beyond even the germans of the time, immeasurably better than the BC and US systems of this day ... long story .... reason is - in this province we have a new guvmint, quite recently, we kicked out the reigning socialists [they've now got two - count 'em (2) seats in the legisature, lol], and this may present some faint hope of reforming land tenure here .... which some of us would like very much to promote, subject to extremely careful consideration of the terms and consequences ... there will be large opposition to any change, it's a highly polarised issue between elements of a highly polarised population.

And when we are attacked from without, it hurts the cause - we must band together to defend ourselves from the heathen, in lieu of methodical fixing of intra-provincial problems .... so while the greed of these gangsters is front and centre in the press, and is where we are allied with the average consumer, it is the other more important thing that twists my gut .... fwiw

The most beautiful thing about a tree is what you make out of it after you cut it down.

How about prefabed mobile homes going down the freeway . Two trucks worth and a little shitszu following behind it with a "wide Load" sign on the back?

Could have used some of those signs at concert door lines in the past!
