hi ya dennis, Another problem with tech stocks coming back anytime soon, is Americans love affair with technology as way to make their lives better. This love affair will keep the naz from having the necessary wash out to remove the excessive valuation that is still out there. So, what we are going to see is an extended sideways movement as companies grow into their valuations. Sure there will be trading rallies, but they will fail time and time again for the next couple years. Furthermore, the amount of yearly gains in the averages will be sub par for a longer period until the next big thing comes along, be it bio, or mass penetration of broadband, or some other unforeseen sea change.
