Two-Parent Families Rise After Changes in Welfare nytimes.com It also talks about some dificulties with welfare reform but I'm surprised to see this article in the times that leans to being positive on welfare reform. Of course with polygamy reform that you are talking about maybe we can see a rise in 6 parent households... Tim
