Bush without aid of staff is very dim-witted. I don't know about IQ 91 but I watched a piece where GW was taking some big TV reporter around the White House and it was alarming. GW could only mumble distracted very short answers, seemed uncomfortable as hell about his father's spirit lurking in The White House and only came to life when he made a few lame little jokes. He seemed to have nothing at all to say except basically "well I won, here I am and um it's great I guess". Get a list of Bush's most famous incoherent quotes. There are pages and pages and pages of them and they are indeed embarrassing. You or I could do much better in the speech and thought category. And as for being the guy who'd bring DC together, take a hike GW. Never has DC been more paralyzed and polarized. The only question is when and how do we get this guy impeached? And fast. And on international affairs Bush is even worse. The White House will construct many-many spins and photo ops to try and cover up these perceptions but the problem for them is, they're true. That is the real guy. And it's a wonder he ever got as far as he did. A real wonder.
