I think there are a couple of rays of hope left (shi-mon, I gots to protect my 200 share investment!):

Unless my memory serves me, there was a video production facility in Santa Barbara. They do not say that they have shut that down. That looks to me like management of AENTV has found a white night and will be buying itself away.

Second, it is not really in the best interests of debt holders to force ch 11..a lot of hassles for nothing...forced sales they won't get ten cents on the dollar. If they cooperate, there's every reason for a SONY to pick this thing up here lock stock and ...what's that thing down there causing all this rot in the barrel? Oh, yes, Bramson.

Actually don, I think the real story of Bramson is that he does not understand business today, not whether he is smart or stupid. If he had listened to some of the people on this board a couple of years ago (especially me...haha) about how urgently he needed to get partnership agreements, do publicity, IPOs, etc., he would have partaken of the boom, paid off the debt with boombucks, and probably be in a position able to survive here. He was above listening to the voices of the times...I mean it...when in the Internet, do as the Internetters do. Dave Gardy had that down at least.

In the near future I expect that Bramson will be interchangeable with Bankruptcy.

Wasn't Bramson the name of the character in the movie Kingpin played by Woody Harrelson? The name became synonymous with someone who got really screwed by another.
