Davis' primary sin of omission was not allowing retail prices to rise and thereby reduce demand. This purely political move caused untold economic havoc which the people of CA and the rest of us will be paying for for years.

Please give more thought to your answers. I asked a serious question and you gave a flip answer. I did not know the details, but knew your answer was false based on an LA Times article that discussed the flurry last fall, (which I read earlier this year.)

And since the vast majority of the plants were approved following the problem, it can hardly be called hyper-technical.
