Neocon, We do not have 100% certainty on the issue but that does not equate to a low level of confidence. The science community is on record that greenhouse gas emission more likely than not cause warming. This means that certainty is better than 50%. Likely or probably means better than 50% certainty.

Kenneth has stated that the report you sighted is THE SAME as the evidence that smoking causes cancer. Keep that in mind when evaluating his positions.
