Quite clearly the latter.
Everyone knows their God is the only God (except for those people who say all Gods are one God)
Just like everyone knows their country is the best country
and their opinions are the true and correct opinions
and what they think is good, is what is actually good

Seems like hogwash to me
but that's because it's my opinion
so it must be true and correct, right?
