taxes are coming down and so is gas. healthcare should continue to get more expensive and more beneficial besides. However, taxes won't go up much while Bush is in office. You're right about Internet taxes. The moratorium is on its last legs. Also, I think Greenspan has learned a lesson from his rate hikes of last summer. I don't think he will raise rates very fast when the economy recovers. I think we are at least 2-2.5 years away from a rise in interest rates. And we are at least 9-12 mos from seeing any good signs of a turnaround. The basing may be here now, but the return of good growth is still a year away.
