I think most folks are too afraid to look anymore <g>. There are folks looking down too. Can't quantify it IMO. Different surveys show different things. Some survey from lowrisk.com shows the opposite of what a Mark Young survey shows. Gridlock. I vote for a trendless wasteland with an up bias.

If you check out rydex they are way less Bullish(bearish) and frankly with the VIX at 23 and rydex getting into Bearish(bullish) terriotory I think we are setting up for another legg down. I have noticed many individual stocks like AOL have really broken out of ST ranges and are looking to rollover.
