Hi Jimbo

I think you and I agree about what the NASDAQ has in store for the short term. I have the pennant on the server but don’t have it linked at the moment. I have been watching the trading range grow narrower with each new cycle.

One thing is certain and that is the fact that that index will not hold this sideways pattern much longer. When you consider time of year and the fact that so many traders have exited the market you have to think in bearish terms.

I've have been studying Linear Regression channels which as you know are math based on Elliot wave theory. The channels seem to be very accurate in pointing out longer term direction as well as high, medium and low points of support and resistance areas.

I.E. Elliot Wave "Math Made Easy".:-)

What do you think?
