That job has historically been reserved for someone with a financial interest in ntap. Crystal Cajones has disclosed that he is long ntap on numerous occasions. It is clear that he has a rooting interest and is cheer leading. Check with your own lawyer, but I don't think you'll be able to put together a case against him. Go NTAP!
