What happened to MSFT today? I thought that was a sure thing (like GE). Does this thread have a customer service department? I want accountability!

Excuse me, but I bought these marked down MSFT shares and they're not as advertised. Could I exchange them for some shorts?

(Not that I rilly bought 'em, cuz I didn't.)
