Bob ...

watch the heat should you knock off any of the fans ....

and

ESPECIALLY if you O/C ....

can't recall if I posted here or not bout the BEST method for me to hold down fan noise ....

I have two desks here in the house in two offices ...
mine and MzNemer's

hers has a "doored" space on the left hand side for the box and a surge protector control built in there also ..
I cut several holes in the back part of the compartment and installed an exhaust fan there and keep the front door closed ....
the noise is quite well muffled .... matter of fact, the spare phone is in there too, and with the door closed, I can't hear it ring ...

on the other desk ...mine ..

I built an enclosure (similar to a cover box) out of plywood, padded it with kapoc inside and out, and then covered the outside with fabric (the same fabric as the curtains to please MzNemer ....ggg) ...
this box has several holes cut into the front of it ... (covered over with the fabric, can't see them) and it has NO back at all ...
no heat problems so far ...
but the noise is gone ....

I'll be glad to describe this set up better if somebody needs me to ...

good luck on the O/C ....
