Watkins Glen is about a 100 miles south east of Rochester the home of Frontier which was bought
by GX. So it could also be an opportunity to talk to those burned by that deal.
Watkins Glen is also a few miles from Corning. Perhaps a invite for those folks to the tents, maybe steal a few
optical engineers. Upstate New York is also AOL Time Warner Cable systems land with some Adelphia.
Or maybe they snubbed Adelphia and thats why picked LVLT
