But then you're completely leaving out the public employees' unions, even though a few teachers work hard on the sly. If they don't get caught and corrected, the work itself is it's own reward...

Hard work is a virtue, and virtue is usually connected with honor. But not always. And sloth, while usually a contra-virtue, can also be a motivator.

I have yet to meet a liberal who works at doing his own thinking, preferring the talking points of his intellectual betters-who have arbitrarily decided to be liberal out of resentment for their exclusion from the circles of power. I have yet to find anything honorable in any liberal, whether leader or sheep. The followers are fools, while the leaders are the very opposite of honorable...
