What I see is an inflation-induced bull-market with the small stocks with reasonable valuations leading everything else. And because I said "reasonable valuations", that excludes pretty much all the tech stocks!

What I am saying is that IWN/IJS will continue to beat your picks, for the foreseeable future (at least one year).

What do you think of VTSS? Is it going to be on the train leaving the station or its time has not come yet - if ever? and if so what do you think of its valuations right now and whether it is a good time to buy?
