If you haven't noticed, Dipy, we are in a deflationary period, not an inflationary period. Salaries are coming down fast, so's gas, so's real estate, and when consumption stalls, so will retail prices. All that's happening while productivity continues to increase. So the economy is in the shitter and is cold as ice, with no signs of heat anywhere to be seen. Where do you think the inflation will come from? I don't see it.
