www.onelook.com came up with a bunch under bollocks. dictionary.cambridge.org & etc. It even came up with dog's bollocks,

+ excellent Probably from London, and interesting because is the only phrase where "bollocks" is used in a positive way, name of a pint of beer made by the Hobgoblin pubs.

That is how it's spelt on the beer, however... (and the sergeant's chant was phonetic.).
