BS. Those forests are productive again. Those forests are BAAAACCCCCKKKKK!!!!! I'm sorry, American Spirit, but you really are an ignoramus. Same with clear-cutting. Clear-cut forests remain barren for hundreds of years. Those forests are literally gone.

The woods come back and they come back strong, however they are no longer old-growth forests ...... i am in favour of leaving a healthy percentage for our grandchildren's grandchildren just the way we found it, a higher percentage than you might guess after i told you i was a logger ..... and believe it or don't, i'd likely hesitate before wiping out the caribou calving grounds for a day and a half's worth of juice for LA air conditioners .... but that's another matter ...... as you were, gentlemen
