I see...tks for the info.

I read somewhere that AGIL is taking a more aggressive approach during this downturn by avoiding any layoffs to prepare for the upturn.

Somewhat of a risky strategy considering the level of IT recession is pretty severe and no one knows how long it can go on.

Has there been any announcement of recent layoffs or restructuring at Agile? Their qtrly cash burn is not too significant at this point ASSUMING their revenue STAYS at the current 100 million+ per annum level. That may be a big assumption.

Having said that, it looks like their main penetration has been in the EMS sector so there is presumably lots of virgin vertical markets that they can go after that are starting to embrace web as their supply mgmt front-end.

It is very difficult to tell in the short-term how AGIL will do but their prospects seem positive in the long-run. Everything will depend on the quality of management in terms of how they manage their way through this IT "tornado".

Anyone care to comment on the quality/experience of the top management at AGIL?
